**CHRISTMAS ORDER DATES***
Last date for Guaranteed delivery before Christmas is Friday 16h December.
Orders placed after this date are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
CHRISTMAS POSTAGE
All orders placed after 22nd December will be dispatched on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.

Delivery
If goods are in stock, orders are normally dispatched within 2-3 days of receipt of your order. Personalised items can take an additional 3-5 working days to process. Should an item be out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, we will exchange or refund a item returned within 14 days with which you are not happy with, as long as both the packaging and the goods remain intact.

Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so please ask for proof of postage from your post office or courier service. If the return is the result of an error by us, The Irish Whiskey Stone Company, we will refund the delivery charge otherwise the delivery charge is non-refundable.

Policy regarding Personalised Items

Personalised items that are specifically made to your specification are non refundable unless they have arrived damaged.

Please carefully check your text for spelling errors or punctuation. We reserve the right to correct any obvious spelling errors submitted within your order for personalised items, however the Irish Whiskey Stone Company is not accountable for any errors made on the order form and you are advised to thoroughly check the spelling and text before submitting your order. We must be notified within 1 hour of ordering of any spelling errors by phone (353) 87 6700448.

We are not able to offer any changes during peak times such as the Christmas period.
